I am currently transitioning out of active duty military.

Nov 2015-Present Maintains SharePoint 2013 site collections on 2 networks for division staff and subordinate units, to include permissions, site layout, and content management. Headed 3ID’s portal transition from SharePoint 2010 to 2013. Led knowledge management working group with the purpose of steering organization towards adapting processes to existing technological capability to better meet mission.

Jan 2014- Oct 2015 Provided physical and logistical operational support for staff of 200 across 3 sites in 2 countries. Established and maintained knowledge management program for local and distributed organization. Responsible for coordinating resources for training units and delegating tasks assigned by higher unit. Coordinated task assignment through completion from higher echelon to subordinate sections.

Aug 2013- Jan 2014 Communications section leader responsible for the teams tasked with installation of training networks for US and international military exercises. Established and supervised teams to install operating systems, software, and network topology to support specifications required by training units.

Sep 2012- Aug 2013 Communications team leader responsible for configuring and maintaining training networks to facilitate training for visiting multinational units. Led small teams of 3 to 5 people for network maintenance and help-desks in garrison and deployment settings.

Sep 2009- Sep 2012 Private automated branch exchange technician who oversaw installation and maintenance of Promina 400 and PABX systems, enabling deployed NATO command teams to utilize both voice and data communication systems.
